The main objective of this project initiative is the provision of skills development programmes that seeks to alleviate poverty, reduce unemployment and increase job creation. Beneficiaries recruited by the Department of Labour include previously employed 70 percent UIF contributors and 30 percent unemployed youth that are currently getting equipped with lasting skills and work experience.
The UIF entered into a funding agreement with In Touch to train learners nationally.
