In Touch offers events management and planning services by creating and developing events, conferences and seminars. In Touch studies the intricacies of what the client is aiming to achieve by identifying the target audience, devising the event concept, planning the logistics and coordinating the technical aspects before launching the event. Post-event analysis and ensuring a return on investment are also inclusive in the type of management we offer. The current South African industry includes events of all sizes from large expos to even small breakfast meetings for ten business people. In Touch has a venue for events based in Tzaneen, Limpopo. The venue has the capacity to host your event according to your particular desires. Whether it is trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, conventions or expos- whatever the occasion we can make it happen. In Touch’s philosophy of events management is based on the following: each event is unique, therefore each event concept is tailor-made to suit that event. As the success of an event is largely dependent on efficient planning, we advise that you start your consultations with our highly skilled team at least two (2) months prior to your planned event.
