Community Upliftment Programme

Jul 25, 2019 | Blog

Sleeping on hard floors, grass mats and self made beds are things of the past for residents of Nwamitwa in ward 12 of Greater Tzaneen Muncipality. This comes after In Touch donated 100 beds to residents falling under the eight Indunas of Chief Nwamitwa at Nwajaheni.  Each Induna recieved 10 beds which they distributed amongst identified destitute villagers and the rest of the beds to community volunteers. Beneficiaries were from Induna Nwajaheni, Mchengeye, Lwandlamuni, Khubu, Xirilele, Shongani, Ngobeni and Nwamitwa’s areas. The donation is the beginning of In Touch’s community upliftment programme.
