Facilitator workshop

The Facilitator workshop which took place on Monday the 07 January 2019 provided empowerment for In touch facilitators who facilitate training using a variety of methodologies, which includes explanations, demonstrations, questioning, lectures, role playing and practical activities. Preparation of the facilitation process ensures that our facilitators are ready to implement the process. Our unique Facilitator workshop promotes the achievement of agreed outcomes for our clients while maintaining an emphasis on the manner and quality of the learning experience. The facilitators went to train candidates equipped with confidence building strategies to lead more effectively, solid theoretical foundation on principles and concepts of participatory facilitation methods that can be applied to any context and trusted techniques, tips, and tactics to manage various group dynamics and other challenging situations.
